Staff are nice and friendly, i have chosen this hotel during one week business trip in a nearby location for a customer, but i consider it a nice hotel considering the value for money and the friendly staff. mostly recommended for business purposes.
so few activities to do and even no swimming pool (we had access to use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel), no tide almost all day long so it is not fun swimming in the sea

My must haves' are a neat, fantastic room with window AIr condition, very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel in Jebel Dhanna is favourable and stunning, next to the Dhafra, Danat beach resort and Abu Dhabi and Saudi.

My room had a super cozy bed, a safe for my stuff, AC to keep cool, and a key card to get in. Being so close to the sea was a big plus 😊. And the service? It was top-notch, no complaints there at all! .

Management and staff very friendly and professional. The 'a la cart' menus throughout the hotel are all good and reasonably priced.
The daily (evening) buffet is bland. Could be improved by reducing the number of dishes available, presenting fewer, but with better quality.

Staff is good but the food is very poor. I think its not worth a 370km drive from Dubai. I think you have much better hotels in Dubai/Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah.
